Peak Season Customer Guidelines

Ordering

Once you have an account set up, you will be able to place orders through our storefront when the market opens. The storefront opens at 2pm on Thursdays.

Ordering deadlines:

● Order by 5pm on Sunday for Tuesday or Wednesday delivery.

● Order by 5pm on Tuesday for Thursday or Friday delivery.

● Note: Dairy items need to be ordered one week prior to produce and other value added items.

To ensure your products are delivered as fresh as possible, we order weekly from farms based on customer orders. Once your order is placed, we reserve the right to charge for your products if you cancel past the order deadline. In this instance, products from your order would be donated to our food access partners.

Delivery

Peak Season delivers to wholesale customers year round, Tuesday through Friday. We request a $300 minimum order and apply a $25 flat delivery fee for orders under $300. Note: Daybreak Farm Box hosts do not need to meet the $300 minimum order for direct delivery.

Billing

Payment via ACH/online is preferred, though check payment by mail is an option. Payment terms are net-7 for all businesses and net-30 for K-12 schools and institutions. The billing contact(s) you enter on the Customer Intake Form will receive an emailed invoice the morning before your delivery with a link to online payment. You will also receive a hardcopy of your invoice upon delivery. You can access Peak Season’s W9 here for your administrative needs.

There is a late fee of 5% applied after a 30 day grace period. For any billing questions, please email jessie@peakseasonmaine.com
